At UK Hose, we believe our people are our greatest strength. That’s why we are proud to support the development of our team through structured training, apprenticeships, and ongoing professional support.
We are delighted to celebrate Jayden Hawkes, who has recently begun his two-year NVQ Level 2 Plant Mechanics apprenticeship at the CITB National Construction College in Bircham Newton, near King’s Lynn. This course will equip Jayden with the specialist skills needed to work on construction equipment and heavy machinery.
Jayden joined UK Hose a few months ago and has already shown strong commitment, enthusiasm, and potential. His apprenticeship marks an exciting step forward in his career and reflects our dedication to helping young people build long-term futures within our industry.
Supporting Jayden is part of our wider apprenticeship and training programme. Currently, we have:

Our apprenticeship programme is designed to create skilled, motivated, and confident professionals who are ready for the future. By investing in training, qualifications, and personal development, we are helping to build a strong workforce for years to come.
Jayden’s journey is a fantastic example of what can be achieved when opportunity meets dedication. We look forward to watching his progress and are proud to support him as he works towards his qualification.
At UK Hose, we remain committed to investing in our people, our community, and the next generation.
